We understand that every one of our customers operates under a different set of circumstances.  We have provided a variety of payment options that will work for the majority of our new puppy parents.  However, If you need us to tailor-fit a payment plan for you, just let us know and we will do everything we can to help you bring your new puppy home!

This payment plan is the easiest we offer.  It consists of two payments, (a deposit and the final installment).  We do not charge any interest with this plan!

The deposit will be refunded ONLY within 7 days of the deposit date.

Once the balance has been paid in full, the puppy will be sent to you on the first available Delivery Day after the puppy is 8 weeks old and has received a Health Certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

Example:

Rover's Delivery Fee:     $241.25

Rover's Purchase Price:  $399.00

Total Balance Due:         $640.25

1st Payment (Deposit):  -$200.00

2nd Payment:               -$440.25

Final Balance Due:          $0.00

 This payment plan consists of three payments, (a deposit and two installments) paid over a period of 3 weeks.  We will apply a finance charge of 3% of the purchase price (excluding the delivery fee).

If the Delivery Fee is included in the purchase price of the puppy, we will subtract the Delivery Fee of $241.25 and apply the interest ONLY to the base purchase price!

Once the balance has been paid in full, the puppy will be sent to you on the first available Delivery Day after the puppy is 8 weeks old and has received a Health Certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

Example:

Rover's Delivery Fee:     $241.25

Rover's Purchase Price:  $399.00

3% Interest:                   $11.97 

Total Balance Due:         $652.22

1st Payment (Deposit):  -$200.00

2nd Payment:               -$226.11

3rd Payment:                -$226.11

This payment plan consists of four payments, (a deposit and three installments) paid over a period of 4 weeks.  We will apply a finance charge of 4% of the purchase price (excluding the delivery fee).

If the Delivery Fee is included in the purchase price of the puppy, we will subtract the Delivery Fee of $241.25 and apply the interest ONLY to the base purchase price!

 Once the balance has been paid in full, the puppy will be sent to you on the first available Delivery Day after the puppy is 8 weeks old and has received a Health Certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

4% Interest:                   $15.96

Total Balance Due:         $656.21

1st Payment (Deposit):  -$150.00

This payment plan consists of five payments, (a deposit and four installments) paid over a period of 5 weeks.  We will apply a finance charge of 5% of the purchase price (excluding the delivery fee).

If the Delivery Fee is included in the purchase price of the puppy, we will subtract the Delivery Fee of $241.25 and apply the interest ONLY to the base purchase price!

Once the balance has been paid in full, the puppy will be sent to you on the first available Delivery Day after the puppy is 8 weeks old and has received a Health Certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

5% Interest:                   $19.95

Total Balance Due:         $660.20

1st Payment (Deposit):  -$150.00

2nd Payment:               -$127.55

Final Balance Due:          $0.00

Occasionally, we are asked to keep a puppy past it's first available Delivery Day.  Maybe a yard fence needs to be built or a vacation can't be re-scheduled.  Sometimes unexpected family business for our customer will force a temporary delay in the delivery of their new pet. 

When the delay is voluntarily requested by the customer, on behalf of the customer, we will charge a $20 Boarding Fee for every missed Delivery Day, up to a maximum amount of $100.

This fee must be paid in full before the puppy can be delivered!
